The sparring class is open to yellow belts and above and is conducted by Master Williamson, himself a former world champion.
A fun training session, learning the essential skills and techniques for competitions.
We may be girls – but we’re by no means girly! On Wednesday evenings between 6 and 7 pm, girls ranging from age 8 to 13, can join in a Taekwon-Do Girls Only Class with Instructor, Lesley Williamson 4th Degree Black Belt.
The aim of this class is to offer an “all girl” friendly environment, whilst teaching the UKTA colour belt syllabus, and helping the girls achieve their potential to become Elgins future Black Belts.
Classes begin with a light warm-up, basic Taekwon-Do movements and Patterns. Kicking drills and the crash mat is a firm favourite to end the lesson!
